Panther Tennis Records Another Win At Regionals

Straub, Marshall claim win for Milwaukee

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Alysa Straub and Hayley Marshall collected another win for the Milwaukee tennis team Friday at the USTA/ITA Regional Tournament hosted by Michigan State at the MSU Tennis Courts.

Milwaukee's dynamic duo made quick work of their opening matchup to the tune of an 8-3 win to advance to the second round. That marked Straub/Marshall's fifth doubles win of the quick fall season. Going up against Illinois' top tandem in the second round, UWM came up just short, 8-5.

The Panthers' other pairing of Labina Petrovska and Eszter Zador also battled hard before falling, 8-4, to the top pairing from Illinois State.
