KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team wrapped up play Sunday in the ITA Second Chance Regional at Western Michigan University.

Kristin Kurer claimed the lone win on the day for the Panthers, knocking off teammate Beth Ganser, 6-3, 6-2.

In other action Sunday, Maddy Soule dropped a straight-set decision to Kelly Barry of Marquette, while Sammi Schoen fell, 6-2, 6-4, to Christina Ruiz of Marquette.

The final match of the day involving a Panther saw Kelly Fritz drop a 6-2, 6-0 decision to Mary Hill of Bowling Green.

This weekend's action wraps up the fall portion of the Panthers schedule. Match action resumes in January, with the Horizon League Championships set for April.
