Green Bay - The UWM men's soccer team failed to put a shot in the back of the net during 120 minutes on Wednesday night. But fortunately for the Panthers, neither did their opponents, as UW-Green Bay and UWM battled to a 0-0 tie.
The Panthers move to 7-4-1, 1-0-1 in the MCC. UW-Green Bay moves to 5-3-3, 0-1-2 in the MCC.
Panther freshman goalkeeper Chris Dadaian posted his fourth shutout of the season by tallying nine saves. His goals against average for the season drops to 0.93.
Dadaian's counterpart from UWGB, Josh Link, collected eight saves.
UWM was outshot in the first half, 9-4, and in the game 18-13.
Next up for UWM, the Panthers will try to knock off No. 17 Creighton. The two teams play on Saturday at Uihlein Soccer Park. Gametime is 1:00 p.m.
