Chris Roche was hired as the Associate Director of Athletics for Development in December of 2017. He enters his eighth full year with Milwaukee beginning in 2025-26.
Roche is a member of UWM’s University Advancement team, focusing his efforts on assisting the Department of Athletics garner philanthropic support for its teams and student-athletes.
Roche brings nearly 20 years of wide-ranging development experience to the Panthers, joining the staff from Carroll University following prior tenures at both Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin. His experience at both Carroll and Marquette included work raising funds for athletics.
A native of Milwaukee, Roche currently resides in Wauwatosa with his wife, Jen, and two children, Tyler and Sydney.
