Keelah Dixon joined the Milwaukee Athletics staff as assistant director of ticket sales and fan engagement in October 2026.
In her role, Dixon focuses primarily on driving revenue across all ticketed sports while supporting marketing, game presentation, and fan entertainment efforts. She also assists with coordinating student, campus, and community engagement opportunities.
Dixon came to Milwaukee from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she served as coordinator of ticketing operations for nearly three years. During her time at UMBC, Dixon led all aspects of ticketing operations for the Retrievers’ seven ticketed Division I programs, overseeing internal systems, fan-facing sales, and event staffing.
At UMBC, Dixon modernized the department’s ticketing strategies by implementing dynamic and tiered pricing tailored to individuals, families, youth organizations, and corporate partners.
A member of the National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales & Operations (NAATSO) since 2025, Dixon established a department revenue record in her first year, fueled by a 50 percent increase in women’s basketball group sales. She surpassed that mark the following season, setting another department record for revenue generation.
A former collegiate basketball guard, Dixon played Division I basketball at Colgate University and UMBC. She also co-chaired the Patriot League Anti-Racism Commission and brings experience in coaching, event management, information technology, and student wellness.
Dixon holds a bachelor’s degree in natural science and mathematics from Colgate University and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership from UMBC.
