Ally Andrade joined the Milwaukee sports performance staff in 2026-27 as an assistant strength & conditioning coach.
Andrade comes to Milwaukee from Kansas State University, where she served as a sports performance intern while getting her undergraduate degree. During her time with the Wildcats, she worked with football, women’s golf, cheer and women’s rowing.
As the head intern, she helped train and guide incoming interns while gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the training facility. She worked with performance technology including Catapult GPS, VALD, and PERCH to monitor athlete performance and readiness, and assisted with return-to-play sessions and training. She also programmed and led weight room and conditioning sessions, gaining valuable experience working directly with athletes and applying strength and conditioning principles in a practical setting.
In addition to her work with Kansas State Athletics, Andrade has served as a group fitness instructor for 3 years.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Kansas State in May 2026 and holds certifications as a Health Fitness Professional, Sports Performance Coach and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. She is also CPR, CSCS, and AED certified, as well as Schwinn Indoor Cycling certified .
