2009-10: Finished her UWM career in impressive fashion, winning a league title in the 200 breaststroke and earning second team all-league honors in the 100 breast ... also placed 14th in the 200 IM at the championship meet ... all three of her times in the finals were career-bests, with her time in the 100 breast qualifying as an NCAA 'B' cut ... named to the 2010 CollegeSwimming.com Division I Mid-Major All-America Swimming team, selected for honorable mention status ... member of UWM's record-setting 200 medley relay team that earned second team all-league honors at the league championship ... recorded 18 top-three times in the season, including an impressive 13 individual wins ... second in the 100 breast in her first meet of the season against Wisconsin Oct. 9 ... swept the breaststroke events in Milwaukee's win over Wright State Oct. 30 ... won the 100 breast against Wheaton College Nov. 6 and then swept both breaststroke events against UIC-Butler the next day to earn Horizon League Swimmer of the Week honors for her efforts ... first in the 100 breast and second in the 200 breast at the Stevens Point Border Battle Nov. 14 ... won both events against Valparaiso Nov. 21 ... swept both races against the University of Chicago Jan. 23 - setting a pair of pool records in the process - to earn her second league swimmer of the week award of the season.


2008-09: Recorded season-best times in all three events she swam in at the Horizon League Championships, placing sixth in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke and 18th in the 200 IM ... member of the school-record breaking 200 and 400 medley relay teams ... did place in the top three 14 times on the season, winning five times ... won the 100 and 200 breast on back-to-back days against IUPUI/Xavier/Saint Louis Nov. 14-15 ... topped the field in the 200 breast against Wheaton Nov. 1 and Western Illinois Jan. 24 ... claimed the 100 breast against UIC/North Dakota/Butler Nov. 8 ... second in the 100 breast against Wisconsin in the season-opener Oct. 10.

2007-08: Won a league title in the 100 breaststroke and second team all-league honors in the 200 breast at the Horizon League Championships ... swam to career-best times in each event ... also earned second team all-league honors as a member of the 200 and 400 medley relay teams, with the 200 medley team setting a new school record ... finished first or second 14 of 16 times on the season in the breaststroke events, including 10 victories ... finished the season with five-straight wins in the 100 breast ... swept the breaststroke events against Valparaiso Dec. 8, setting a new Klotsche Natatorium record in the 100 breast ... first in the 100 breast and second in the 200 breast against UIC/Butler Nov. 10 ... won the 100 breast at the Wheaton Invitational Nov. 30 ... topped the field in the 200 breast in win over Western Illinois Jan. 27.

2006-07: Saved her best for last, winning All-Horizon Second Team honors in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events at the Horizon League Championships (finishing second to teammate Shannon Berndt in each) ... her time in the preliminaries of the 100 breast established a new UWM freshman record in the event and she also set season-bests in both and in the 200 IM ... finished out of the top five in the breaststroke events just once on the season in 18 tries ... took third in the 200 IM against Valparaiso Nov. 11.

High School: Was a WIAA Division I State finalist in the 100 breaststroke in each of her last three years ... broke the Beaver Dam school record in the 100 breast - a record that had stood for 20 years ... Little Ten Conference 100 breaststroke champion as a sophomore, junior and senior ... was a captain as a senior and junior ... team MVP three times ... lettered four times as a swimmer and also spent three years on the soccer team as a goalie ... National Honor Society member.

Personal: Daughter of Mary Rossow ... lists swimming, tennis, racquetball and USA Swim Club as hobbies ... counts qualifying and participating in WIAA State finals as a sophomore with Kristi Parker as most memorable sports experience ... thanks Peggy Broome and her mom for all of their support ... majoring in psychology at UWM.
