2012-13: Finished sixth in the 100 breaststroke, seventh in the 100 freestyle and eighth in the 50 free at the Midwest Invitational ... placed sixth in the 100 free and seventh in the 50 free first time out on the year in a win over Wright State Oct. 26 ... seventh in the 100 free and eighth in the 100 breast over Chicago State Jan. 19 ... posted season-best times at the Iowa Hawkeye Invitational ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.
2011-12: Competed in freestyle and breaststroke events as a freshman ... finished 10th in the 50 free in the season-opener at Wisconsin Oct. 7 ... took sixth in the 50 free at Ball State Oct. 28 ... one day later, came in fifth in the same event in a win over Wright State ... posted season-best times in 100 breast and 50 & 100 free at the Iowa Hawkeye Invitational ... swam the 200 breast once, taking sixth in a win over Green Bay Feb. 4.
High School: Was part of a team that won four consecutive state titles during her career ... earned numerous All-American honors, including as a senior when she was part of the winning 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams ... she also placed second in the 200 IM and third in the 100 breaststroke her final season at the state meet and was honored by the Greater Omaha Sports Committee as a scholar-athlete.
Personal: Daughter of Dan and Gail Illg ... chose UWM because she loved the team and campus ... volunteered in the pediatrics unit of Nebraska Medical Center and was a part of numerous service projects through the National Honors Society ... majoring in nursing ... lists winning state as a team all four years of high school as most memorable sports experience ...
