2009-10: Participated at four meets over the course of the regular season ... placed 12th in the 50 freestyle in her first collegiate meet against Iowa/Michigan State Oct. 23 ... placed fourth in the 100 backstroke against Valparaiso Nov. 21 ... also swam at the Stevens Point Border Battle Nov. 13-14 and the Falcon Invitational Dec. 4-5.
High School: Earned All-Lake Conference honors twice in her career, qualifying for the state meet two seasons ... earned All-American consideration in the 100 backstroke as a senior, placing 10th in the 100 back at state while also swimming in the 50 freestyle at the championship meet ... was also an all-conference selection in both the 100 back and 50 free ... earned team MVP and rookie of the year honors ... holds three school records.
Personal: Daughter of Robert and Barb Chvatal ... plans to major in education and minor in French ... chose UWM because it had everything she wanted to be part of her college experience ... considers when she broke three records at senior sectional meet to be her most memorable sports experience ... career goal is to be a physics teacher in a school, preferably in France ... swam for the Black Dog Swimming Club for over 10 years ... born Feb. 1, 1991.
