Biography
2013-14: Finished 11th in both the 1000 and 1650 freestyle and 19th in the 400 IM at the Horizon League Championships ... posted season-best times in all three events at the league meet ... came in fifth in the 1000 free in the season opener against Grand Valley State Oct. 19 ... was fourth in the 1000 free over Valpo Oct. 25 ... one day later, was fifth in the 200 free in a win at Wright State ... touched the wall fourth in the mile in a big win at UIC Nov. 2 ... was seventh in the mile in a win over IUPUI Jan. 17 ... came in second in the 1000 free and third in the 400 IM in a hard-fought win at Chicago one day later ... seventh in both the 500 and 1000 free in a big win over Green Bay Feb. 1.
2012-13: Finished ninth in the 1000 freestyle and 16th in both the 500 and 1650 free at the Horizon League Championships ... third in the 500 free and seventh in the mile in season opener at Wisconsin Oct. 12 ... one week later, finished fourth in the 1000 free in a win over Grand Valley State ... was fifth in the 400 IM Oct. 26 against Wright State ... came in fifth in the 1000 free in back-to-back wins over Wheaton and UIC Nov. 2-3 ... tallied five top-five finishes on the year ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.
2011-12: Had an outstanding race in the 1650 at the Horizon League Championships, taking fifth overall to help Milwaukee to its first league crown since 2001 ... also at the league meet, took 12th in the 1000 free and 14th in the 400 IM ... all three were season-best times ... took fifth in the 500 free and sixth in the 1000 free at the season-opener at Wisconsin Oct. 7 ... was fifth in the 1000 free and seventh in the 500 free Oct. 15 against Grand Valley State ... came in fourth in the 1000 free in a win over Wright State Oct. 29 ... third in the same event at Chicago Jan. 21 ... Horizon League Academic Honor Roll member.
