High School: Helped Middleton High School to a 10-4-4 season as a senior, reaching the WIAA Division 1 sectional final … earned Second-Team All-Big Eight Conference honors after finishing the year with five goals and two assists from her spot in the back … keyed a defense that posted nine shutouts, including three in the postseason … played a large role in the 2018 Big 8 championship that saw the team go 11-1-1 as a junior … helped the Cardinals to a regional title, outscoring their opponent, 67-1, during a 10-game winning streak … was also the team captain of the Rush Wisconsin Soccer Club (2005-18) and Rush Select National Team … four-time honor roll member … twice earned the Martin Luther King Jr. Outstanding Young Person Award.
 
Personal: Daughter of Steve and Meghan Owens … a biomedical engineering major … chose Milwaukee because it was close to home and she loved the campus, the facilities and the coaching staff … most memorable sports experience was going to South Africa for a soccer/mission trip, playing regional select teams in townships, while donating gear along the way … lists soccer, CrossFit, hiking, futsal and hanging out with friends and family as her hobbies … has done community service work with Middleton Outreach Ministry and volunteered over 100 hours of community service work in high school … born Sept. 15, 2001.
