2024-25 (Senior)
Set a school records in the 200 (1:19.62) and 800 (6:32.60) free relays at the Horizon League Championships... also swam in the preliminary heats of the 50 free (20.80, 20th), 100 free (46.25, 21st) and 200 free (1:41.54, 19th), all season bests... had a pair of top-five finishes at the Wisconsin Showcase October 19, taking third in the 200 free and fourth in the 100 free... had runner-up finishes in the 50 free November 2 against Wheaton (Ill.), and the 100 back at Stevens Point January 31... Was selected for the CSC Academic All-District Team, and was an honorable mention for the Horizon League All-Academic Team.

2023-24 (Junior)
Finished tenth in the 200 free (1:39.66) at the Horizon League Championship, swimming a season-best time, paired with a record-breaking performance in the 200 free relay (1:20.45, 4th)... also swam in the preliminary heats of the 200 back (1:51.89, 16th) and the 50 free (20.81, 17th), setting season-best times in those events as well... had a solid showing at the Wisconsin Showcase October 21, taking second in both the 100 free and 100 back to go along with a fourth-place finish in the 50 free... won the 100 free November 3 against Davenport... had a productive meet January 27 against Green Bay, taking second in the 100 free and third in the 200 free... won the 50 free on January 2 against St. Thomas... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Sophomore)
Placed 11th in both the 200 backstroke (1:50.90) and 200 freestyle (1:40.89) at the Horizon League Championships, establishing season-best times in each ... also placed 15th in the 100 back at the event (50.81), setting a season-low time in prelims (50.60) ... finished third in the 100 back at the All-Wisconsin Showcase Oct. 22 ... placed third in the 100 free and fourth in the 100 back against IUPUI Oct. 28 ... won the 50 free in 21.47 against Wheaton Nov. 4 ... won the 100 free (47.19) and took second in the 100 back (52.65) in the win over Green Bay Jan. 28 ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.


2021-2022 (Freshman)
Finished 20th (1:43.94) in the 200 freestyle and 28th (21.42) in the 50 free at the Horizon League Championships ... won the 1000 free (10:23.61) in a win against Wheaton (Ill.) on November 5 ... placed 2nd in the event on February 5 against UW-Stevens Points, touching the wall at 10:17.73 ... finished 3rd in the 50 free (21.98) against Chicago and was fourth (22.26) the following week at Green Bay ... against St. Thomas, placed 3rd in the 200 free at 1:46.84.

High School: Enjoyed a successful four-year career in the pool at Normal West High School … a two-time qualifier for the state meet … team captain … three-time MVP and a 2021 All-State selection … four-time all-sectional member … holds two pool records … four-time honoree for the varsity athletic award … spent nine years with the Funky Fish Swim Club … IHSA Academic Award … Big 12 Conference All-Academic selection.
 
Personal: Son of Brett and Tamara Ahrens … a marketing major … chose Milwaukee because it has everything he was looking for in both athletics and academics … career goal is to be a marketing analyst for a large company … most memorable sports experience was breaking a pool record in a home meet, and having that time help him earn all-state honors his senior year … hobbies include watching baseball, football, and college basketball … has done community service work with “The Serve Project” through Eastview Christian Church … born May 14, 2003.
