2011: Had a strong senior season, scoring in all but one race ... started the season well, taking third on the team and 12th overall at the Midwest Invite ... followed that performance with a fifth-place finish at the Falcon Invite ... was the team's third runner three times ... took 31st at the league championships.

2010: Improved standing on the team as the season went on, figuring in the top seven in each of the last three meets and scoring at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet ... took 40th at the league meet ... ran his best 5000m course time in taking 110th at the Bradley Classic (26:12).

2009: Competed at two meets ... took 41st at the league championships ... also ran at the Bradley Classic.

2008: Had a strong freshman season, scoring at each meet during the season ... was the team's third runner three times ... at the league meet, took 28th ... ran season-best time of 26:03 at the Bradley Classic.

High School
Competed at the state cross country meet his final two years at Blaine High School ... finished 24th at the state meet as a senior after a 57th-place showing his junior year ... in track, he placed sixth in the 3200m as a senior.
