2004 Cross Country: Ran at the first two meets of the year taking ninth at the UIC Home Opener.
2004 Indoor: Took fifth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... finished second in the 400m at the UWM Tune Up ... also placed second in the 600m, this time at the Carthage Invitational. Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 800m at the Horizon League championships ... member of school-record 4x400m (3:12.22) and 4x800m (7:33.49) relays, both set at the Drake Relays.
2003 Cross Country: Ran only at the UIC Home Opener, taking 20th.
2003 Indoor: Was a main competitor in the 800m event, but also competed in the 400 and 1,000m ... achieved an season-best time of 1:55.44 in the 800m at the Northern Iowa Classic ... opened his collegiate career up with a time of 51.36 in the 400m at the Carthage Invitational . Outdoor: Raced his way to a time of 49.55 in the 400m at Western Illinois .
