High School: Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field... four-time All-Conference cross country runner... earned MSHSL Cross Country All-State honors in 2025... three-time MSHSL Track & Field All-State awardee, twice in the 1600m and once in the 3200m... two-time cross country captain... track & field captain in senior year... holds the second-fastest mile time in school history at 4:19... turned in the second-quickest time in school history in the 3200m as well, clocking in at 9:25. 

Personal: Son of Boake and Melissa Munsch... has three siblings named Lily (20), Henrik (18) and Jack (18)... was a part of an All-State Band and an AP Scholar... chose Milwaukee because of its location and the beautiful scenery and running trails along Lake Michigan.
