Cross Country
2012: One of Milwaukee's top runners all season ... just missed all-league honors by taking 19th overall and third for the Panthers at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a season-best time of 25:48 at the Bradley Classic for 52nd place ... came in 20th at the Midwest Invitational ... also scored at Louisville Classic and NCAA Regional.

2011: Consistently one of the best runners for UWM, finishing in the top-two in all but two meets ... took second at the Midwest Invite, finishing fourth overall ... followed that up with a sixth-place finish at the Falcon Invite ... was first Milwaukee finisher at the Notre Dame Invite ... had season-best time on a 5000m course and finished 38th overall at Bradley Classic ... just missed all-conference second-team honors with a 16th-place finish at league championships ... was team's top finisher at NCAA Regional.

2010: Emerged as a consistent scorer for the Panthers, doing so at every meet ... took 17th at the league championship ... ran a season-best 5000m time of 25:45 at the Bradley Classic ... placed fifth at the Falcon Invitational ... was eighth at the UIC Home Opener.

2009: Scored at four meets on the season ... was 28th at the league meet, scoring as the team's fifth runner ... finished fifth at the UIC Home Opener ... ran season-best time at the Bradley Classic, taking 37th in 26:30.

High School
Lettered all four years in both cross country and track ... took 26th his senior season after a 27th-place finish as a junior at the state cross country meet ... also won a sectional championship and earned all-conference first and second team awards ... during his sophomore track season, ran with the state runner-up 4x800m relay ... qualified for state with the relay his junior and senior seasons.
