2004 Cross Country: Was the third UWM finisher at three of four races competed ... placed 19th at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a season-best time of 26:03 at the NCAA Pre-National Invite ... finished 25th at the Central Collegiate Championship.
 

2004 Indoor: Took seventh in the 5k with a season-best time of 14:53.95 at the Horizon League Championships ... took third in the 3k at the Northern Iowa Classic with another season best (8:50.28) ... was fifth in the 5k at the University of Chicago Invite. Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 10k at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 31:16.28 ... took second in the 10k at the Big Blue Invitational ... won the 5k at the Purdue Invitational.

2003 Cross Country: Finished 37th at the Horizon League Championship ... was ninth at the UIC Home Opener ... season-best time came in taking 17th at the Central Collegiate Championships (26:14).
