High School: Capped his high school career with a phenomenal senior campaign, earning Class 5 All-State honors as well as Class 5 District Player of the Year accolades at Springfield Catholic following a season in which he averaged 24.0 points and 6.6 rebounds per game … a three-time all-district and all-conference honoree, was also named the 2022 Big 8 East Player of the Year and the
Springfield News-Leader's 2021-22 Boys' Basketball Player of the Year after leading the Fightin' Irish to a fourth-place finish in the Class 5 state tournament … came through with numerous memorable outings, including a city single-game scoring record with a 55-point outburst … as a junior, averaged 26 points and 9.8 boards per game while shooting 45.3 percent from the field and 36.8 percent from deep … all-state honoree … totaled nearly 300 made 3's in his high school career, finishing with a school-record 2,186 career points … also enjoyed a successful AAU career with Yanders Law (9 years) and joined the Panthers following interest from numerous other schools, including an offer from Texas Tech.
