High School: Was on the Watch List for the 2018 “Mr. Basketball” award in the state of Minnesota at Lakeville South High School … averaged over 16 points-per-game as a senior, finishing as the school’s all-time leading rebounder as well as shot-blocker … crossed the 1,000-point plateau as a junior, a year in which he averaged 15 points and 5 rebounds per contest … an All-South Suburban Conference selection as a senior, junior and a sophomore (when he averaged 16.7 points/5.0 rebounds), the team captain entered his final prep season as one of the top players in the Class of 2018 in the state … was named to the Preseason All- State Class AAAA Team and played on the Grassroots Circuit with nationally-known D1 Minnesota … also played football and ran track.
