High School: During his two seasons on the varsity roster, Champlin Park High School racked up a sparkling 56-4 record, including a 31-1 mark in 2014-15 … over his final two seasons on the varsity squad, he tallied 14 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals per game on teams that featured balanced scoring attacks … exceptional shooter, connected on an impressive 49.5 percent of his three-point attempts over his two seasons on the varsity squad … set a state record by converting an incredible 59 percent (minimum 70 attempts) of his three-point tries as a junior … during the 2014-15 season, Champlin Park averaged a whopping 86 points per contest and posted an average margin of victory of 35 points … two-time all-conference and team Mr. Defense selection … helped Champlin Park to a pair of conference titles and to a runner-up finish in the 2015 state tournament … Champlin Park was ranked No. 1 in the state for most of his senior season in 2014-15 … tremendous all-around athlete, was the state high jump champion as a junior and placed third as a sophomore … collected academic all-state accolades as a senior.
