High School: Named First-Team All-Apollo Conference at Mahomet-Seymour High School after averaging 21.6 points a game … First Team Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Boys Basketball All-State Class 3A member as a senior … also named all-state by the Associated Press, Peoria Journal-Star and Chicago Sun Times … led the Bulldogs in scoring, including a 44-point outing against Mattoon that broke the single-game school record that stood since 1972 … helped program to a second-place league showing (21-10 overall/10-2 conference) and wrapped up his career with over 1,500 career points … also a first-team honoree as a junior after putting up over 20 points a game … led squad in scoring, free-throw percentage, rebounding and 3-pointers … scored 30-or-more points in a game four times as a junior … played for Indiana Elite on the AAU circuit.
