2021-22 Season
Cross Country: Led the Panthers in all six meets she ran in ... finished runner-up at the Horizon League Championships for the third time, posting a time of 22:22.8 to help the Panthers win the title... named First-Team All-Horizon League for the fourth time, a program record ... placed 65th at the NCAA Regionals, with a 6k career-best time of 21:17.0 ... to start the season, she placed seventh at the Vic Godfrey Open with a 4k time of 14:45.2 ... finished 13th with a time of 22:36.1 at the Jaguar Classic.
2020-21 Season
2021 Outdoor: Scored in both distance races at the Horizon League Championships... Placed fourth in the 5,000-meter with a finish of 17:22.74... Also set a new PR in the 10,000-meter, placing third in 35:24.10... Opened the year on April 2 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational with a second-place finish in the 5,000-meter (17:14.99)... Won the 10,000-meter one week later at the Big Blue Classic, finishing in 36:45.19... Finished ninth in the 5,000-meter at the Clark Wood Invitational on April 24.
2021 Indoor: Reached the podium in the 5,000-meter race at the Horizon League Championships, placing third with a time of 17:38... Kicked off the year at the home John Tierney Classic and placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run, crossing in 10:18.95... Took third in the 5,000-meter at the Panther Tune-Up on February 14 in preparation for the championships.
Cross Country: Made a successful return for her redshirt senior season, finishing runner-up with a time of 21:58.6 to help the Panthers win the Horizon League title... Marked the second time in three years she finished runner-up... Became the program's first three-time First Team All-League honoree.
2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor: Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Finished with the silver medal in the 3000m (9:52.54) and the bronze medal in the 5000m (16:59.36) at the Horizon League Championships with a PR time in both events ... 3000m time ranks fifth in program history while 5000m time is fourth ... opened the season with a dominating win in the 3000m at the Tierney Classic, Jan. 18, with a time of 10:03.15 ... a few weeks later, won the mile (5:12.52) at the ONU Invite, Feb. 1 ... competed in the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet, Feb. 14, finishing 9th overall in 17:04.49
2019 Cross Country: Did not compete ... received NCAA hardship waiver for the 2019 cross country season.
2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Capped an impressive junior campaign by taking sixth in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the outdoor season taking seventh in the same event at the Washington University Distance Carnival Mar. 29 in 17:31.94 ... lowered that time down to 17:11.21 with a runner-up finish at Kentucky April 20 ... that time now ranks her seventh in MKE history.
2019 Indoor: Earned a spot on the podium with a sixth-place finish in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... also competed in the 3000m at the league meet, taking 12th ... started her season with a PR time of 10:14.45 in the 3k for a third-place finish at the Tierney Classic Jan. 19 ... was part of a big day for the Milwaukee distance crew Feb. 8 at the GVSU Big Meet, turning in a huge career best of 17:22.77 in the 5k - now ranking her sixth in program history.
2018 Cross Country: Was the Horizon League Runner-Up as a junior, helping Milwaukee win its first ever Horizon League Championship ... led MKE every time out on the year ... started her season taking 11th in 18:59.3 at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 ... lowered that time to 18:41.7 in a 17th-place finish one week later at Indiana State ... turned in a season-best 5k time of 17:55.2 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... was named the Horizon League Runner of the Week Oct. 16 after crossing the line in 21:27.7 - the fourth-fastest 6k in program history - at Bradley's annual Pink Classic ... finished the season taking 53rd overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 21:50.1 - the 9th-best finished at regionals in program history.
2017-18 Season
2017 Outdoor: Successfully returned from injury, earning a spot on the podium with an eighth-place finish in the 10,000m as a redshirt freshman at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 37:20.73 ... also competed in the 5k at the league meet, taking 13th ... competed for the first time since the cross country season Mar. 31 at the Big Blue Classic, taking seventh in the 5000m in 17:40.20 - now 10th in program history ... ran at just one other meet on the year, placing runner-up in the 5k in 17:50.98 at the DePaul Invite April 21 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2017 Indoor: Did not compete and maintained sophomore eligibility ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2017 Cross Country:
Led Milwaukee every time out as a sophomore ... earned First-Team All-Horizon League honors, taking sixth overall at the conference championships ... started the year by taking 14th overall at the Vic Godfrey Open Sept. 9 ... one week later, led UWM to another strong team showing by finishing eighth at the Bradley Intercollegiate with a PR time of 17:41.2 ... turned in her first 6K of the season in 22:25.5 at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13 ... closed out the year with a season-best 6K time of 22:02.7, taking 74th place overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 10.
2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Competed in two meets before having her season cut short and received a medical hardship waiver ... started the season taking 10th in the 1500m at the Edmonds Invite Mar. 25 ... also ran the 5k at the Big Blue Classic, taking 17th.
2017 Indoor: Finished ninth in the 5000m and 17th in the 3000m at her first Horizon League Championship meet ... turned in a PR in the 5k at the league meet of 17:59.08 ... made her collegiate track debut Jan. 21 at the home Tierney Classic, taking seventh in the 3k ... one week later, was eighth in the mile at the Messersmith Invite ... posted her first collegiate 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing 45th.
2016 Cross Country:
Had an impressive start to Panther career, being named Horizon League Freshman of the Year ... also earned second-team all-league honors after an eighth-place finish at the league meet in 22:29.2 ... led Milwaukee in four of its six meets on the year ... kicked off her collegiate career by leading the team at the UIC Home Open Sept. 3, taking 18th in 16:01.4 ... followed that up with a seventh-place finish at the Midwest Classic ... was the second Panther to cross the line at the big Louisville Classic Oct. 1 in 18:39.40 ... again led the team, this time at the Bradley Classic Oct. 14, taking 91st in 22:27.1 ... closed out the year at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Nov. 11, taking 90th with a season-best time of 22:00.0.
High School
Ran cross country and track and field all four years at Oak Creek High School ... served as team captain in cross country ... helped the Knights to a 10th-place finish as a team with a 10th-place finish overall at the state meet as a senior for first-team all-state honors ... also was named first-team all-conference as a senior ... also qualified for state in track as a senior in two events, taking ninth in the 3200m and 14th in the 1600m ... was a sectional and conference champ in both events as a senior ... a National Honor Society member and honor roll student all four years in high school.
