2019-20 Season
2020 Outdoor: 
Season cut short due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor: Had two podium finishes at the Horizon League Championships, placing fifth n the mile (4:19.46) and seventh in the 800m (1:55.82) ... opened the season with a big first-place finish in the mile at Gene Edmonds (Jan. 10) with a time of 4:13.18 ... grabbed another event win in the 800m one week later at the Tierney Classic (Jan. 18) with a time of 1:54.49 ... ran the mile at the prestigious Meyo Invite (Feb. 7) to a 26th-place finish in a PR time of 4:12.15 ... this time is ranked seventh in program history ... then competed in the 800m twice at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14), placing 38th on day one (1:55.51) and 21st on day two (1:56.62) 

2019 Cross Country: 
Capped the season off with a 27th-place finish at the Horizon League Championships (Nov. 2), in 25:16.9 … opened the season at the Queen City Invite (Aug. 31), placing 33rd in 16:08.0 … one week later, raced at the NIU Huskie Challenge (Sep. 6), scoring for the Panthers with a 16th-place finish in 26:53.5 … competed at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (Sep. 28), finishing 68th in 26:30.1 … led the Panthers in the open race at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19), placing 50th in 26:17.3  

2018-19 Season
2019 Outdoor: Came in fourth in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... also competed in the 800m at the league meet, just missing a spot in finals with a prelim time of 1:57.50 ... started the season runner-up in the 800m in 1:59.72 despite terrible conditions at the Joey Haines Invite Mar. 30 ... opened up the 1500m on the year with a time of 3:58.72 at Illinois April 13 ... won the 800m at Marquette with a season-best time of 1:54.76 April 24 ... three days later, had a massive time drop in the 1500m, crossing the line in 3:51.03 for third overall on the day at Louisville ... that time now ranks him fifth in MKE history. 

2019 Indoor: Had his best mile finish at the Horizon League Championships as a junior, taking third in a neck-and-neck 1-2-3 finish ... also turned in a season-best time of 1:57.13 in the 800m at the league meet to take ninth ... started the year with a win in the 800m at the Badger Icebreaker Jan. 12 ... one week later, came in second in the mile with a season-best time of 4:14.66 at the Tierney Classic ... helped turn in the fifth-fastest DMR in program history, bringing home the win in 10:02.70 at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 2.

2018 Cross Country: Helped Milwaukee finish as runners-up at the Horizon League Championships, taking 34th at the league meet in 26:30.6 ... helped MKE earn a regional ranking, checking in at No. 13 - the highest ranking in program history ... led the Panthers his first time out on the year, taking 14th overall in 26:17.4 at the Vic Godfrey Invite Sept. 8 ... had a huge time drop his next time out, crossing the line in 25:30.8 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite Sept. 29 ... closed out his season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, turning in a career-best 10k time of 34:09. 


2017-18 Season
2018 Outdoor: Was a big part of Milwaukee's strong distance performance at the Horizon League Championships, finishing runner-up in both the 800m (1:53.24) and 1500m (3:56.62) ... started the season taking third in the 800m in 1:54.88 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 24 ... was runner-up in both the 800m and 1500m one week later at the Big Blue Classic ... again came in runner-up in the 1500m in 3:54.61 at the Gibson Invite April 7 ... had a strong showing weekend out in California, launching into fifth place in program history in the 1500m in 3:52.81 at the Bryan Clay Invite April 19 ... one day later, clocked in at 1:54.55 at the national Beach Invitational ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Picked up right where he left off last year with two more podium finishes at the Horizon League Championships, taking third in the 800m (1:55.51) and fourth in the mile (4:21.30) ... started the season winning the mile in 4:23.81 at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 13 ... followed that up with a win in the 600m in front of the home fans one week later at the Tierney Classic ... finished second in his first 800m of the season in 1:54.93 at the Mark Messersmith Invite Jan. 27 ... started his big showing at the GVSU Big Meet by clocking in at 4:12.32 in the invite mile, now ranking him seventh in program history ... one day later, helped smash the school record in the DMR with a final time of 9:55.12 - taking down the previous record of 9:58.58 set back in 2006 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Cross Country: Scored in every meet as a freshman, taking 28th overall and fourth on the team at the Horizon League Championships ... made his collegiate cross country debut Sept. 15 at the Bradley Intercollegiate, taking 20th overall in 26:48.1 ... two weeks later, turned in a season-best 8K time of 25:56.77 at the national Louisville Classic ... finished second on the team in 26:09.5 at the Bradley Classic Oct. 13 ... earned a spot at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, scoring and crossing the line in 34:16 in his first collegiate 10K.

2016-17 Season
2017 Outdoor: Continued his impressive start to his collegiate career, scoring in both events at the Horizon League Championships ... was part of a photo finish that loaded up the podium for Milwaukee in the 800m with a third-place finish ... also came in eighth in the 1500m at the league meet ... started the season taking eighth in the 800m at the Big Blue Classic April 1 ... followed that up with a third-place finish one week later at Marquette ... ran the 800m one other time, bringing home the silver medal at the Pacesetter Invite April 22.

2017 Indoor: Came in fourth overall in the 800m at his first ever Horizon League Championships ... made his collegiate track debut Jan. 14 at the Karl Schlender Invite, bringing home the win in the mile ... one week later, was third in the 600m at the home Tierney Classic ... ran first 800m at the Messersmith Invite, taking third in 1:55.69 ... won the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up with a season-best time of 1:54.72 Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Did not compete and maintained freshman eligibility.


High School
A four-year cross country and track and field runner for Madison LaFollette High School ... helped the Lancers to a runner-up finish at the cross country state meet as a senior, crossing the line 12th overall for second-team all-state honors ... that after finishing 20th overall at state as a junior and 33rd as a sophomore ... also qualified for the Wisconsin state track & field championships four times, taking ninth in the 800m as a junior.
