2019: Closed out his Milwaukee career with First Team All-Horizon League honors, putting together a season that was worthy of Player of the Year consideration ... earned Mideast ABCA Second Team All-Region honors ... signed to play professionally with the Joliet Slammers after the conclusion of the season ... batted .376, which ranked second in the Horizon League and was the second-highest batting average for any Panther player in the past 10 seasons ... limited to only 48 games (all starts) due to injury, yet recorded 71 hits, 52 RBI, 35 runs scored, 15 doubles, 3 triples and 7 home runs ... posted a team-high .598 slugging percentage as well as a team-best .439 on-base percentage ... batted .425 versus lefties, .500 with the bases loaded (5-for-10) and an amazing .459 with runners in scoring position ... went 2-for-3 in the season opener against Marshall Feb. 15, driving in a pair ... tied what was his MKE-high with a three-hit game at Arizona March 3, driving in two ... set a new mark with a 4-hit contest the next game at BYU March 7, scoring twice ... had two doubles that game and scored twice ... recorded four hits, two RBI and a pair of doubles at Northern Kentucky March 22 ... hit his first home run of the season the next day ... went 3-for-3 with a walk in a win over Wright State April 19 ... cracked a pair of home runs and tied his career-high with four RBI against Northern Kentucky April 26 ... went 3-for-5 the next day against the Norse ... arguably the hottest hotter in the league as the season came to a close, finished the campaign on a 16-game hitting streak that raised his average 43 points ... batted .426 in the stretch (29-for-68), driving in 24 runs in the 16 contests ... the brunt of the production started with a grand slam and career-high five RBI's in a win over Oakland at Miller Park May 11 ... had three hits that day against the Golden Grizzlies ... put up a 3 hit/2 run/4 RBI statline in a win over Youngstown State May 16, cracking another home run ... opened the Horizon League Tournament with a bang, helping Milwaukee over YSU May 22 with a 4-for-5 outing that included three runs scored and four RBI ... went 3-for-5 the next day against UIC ... ended up with an amazing run in the postseason, earning Horizon League All-Tournament Team honors after batting .542 (13-for-24), driving in 10 runs and scoring eight more in MKE's five-game run in the event ... finished the year with Top 10 showings in eight different Horizon League categories: second in batting average, fourth in doubles, fifth in slugging percentage, sixth in RBI and triples, eighth in hits and ninth in both home runs and on-base percentage.
