2024-25 (Sophomore)
Finished the season at the Horizon League Championships, helping the 200 free relay team to league title and program record time of 1:31.63... individually took 11th in the 100 back (57.32), 12th in the 50 free (23.66), and 15th in the 100 free (52.27) posting season bests in each event... opened the year at the Wisconsin Showcase October 19, placing second in the 100 free, third in the 50 free and fourth in the 100 back... won the 50 free against Green Bay on January 25 and at Stevens Point January 31... finished second in the 50 free against IU Indy on October 26. 

2023-24 (Freshman)
Wrapped up her freshman campaign with a third-place performance in the 100 back (56.47, 56.42 prelims) at the Horizon League Championships... also took sixth in the 100 free (51.44) and ninth in the 50 free (23.76)... opened the season October 13 against Indiana State by taking second in the 100 back and sixth in the 100 free... grabbed a pair of wins October 27 against UIC, topping the field in the 50 back and the 100 back... also won the 50 back the next day in a tri-meet against Cleveland State and IUPUI... won the 100 back February 2 against St. Thomas... followed that up with a win the next day in the 50 free against Stevens Point.

High School
Competed in varsity swim/dive all four years for the Lancers... named team captain in 2022... named an Academic All-American as a senior... named to the All-State team as a junior and a senior... lists PR's in the 50 Free (23.86), 100 Free (51.84), and 100 Back (57.87)... also swam club for Elmbrook Swim Club... received the President's Award... graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal
Daughter of Tracy Plate... has a sister - Molly... chose Milwaukee because it was close to home, has a good engineering program, and has a good swim team... took part in an 8-Week Milwaukee Tool Innovation Challenge and developed a product used in reducing Covid-19 exposure, receiving 1st place... born December 17, 2004.
