High School: Competed in cross country all four years... reached the state meet as a junior and senior... helped lead the team to a fourth-place finish... competed in track junior and senior year... qualified for the state meet in the 4x800-meter relay as a junior... as a senior, qualified in five events for Drake relays, placing sixth in the mile (4:22)... broke the school record in the mile (4:19)... competed in the 4x800, 800, 1600, 3200 at the state meet... named to the All-Academic team all four years.
Personal: Son of Marcia and Jason Eckhoff... chose Milwaukee because it has great academics and the team was nice... enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, boating, and playing cornhole and basketball... born on April 30, 2003.
