MILWAUKEE – Phoenix Coursey, Filip Dostanic, Hur Irizar-Lekue, Cole Luedke, Roy Nozawa, Alvaro Perez, and Max Salas have all signed with Milwaukee and will be competing this fall for the MKE men's soccer team.
 
"Today is an exciting day for our Panther family as we officially welcome our newest members to the program," head coach Kris Kelderman said. "This is a special group of young men who embody everything we look for in a student-athlete. They bring outstanding talent, a strong commitment to academics, and the character that represents our program the right way."
 
Coursey, Luedke, and Nozawa are all transfers into the program, while Dostanic, Irizar-Lekue, Perez, and Salas will all be incoming freshmen.
 
"We fully expect this class to make an immediate impact both on and off the field," Kelderman said. "Their competitiveness, work ethic, and unique skill sets will elevate our program and help us continue building the championship culture we're striving for. With this incoming class, our team will have a different look than it did a year ago, and we're excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. We can't wait to get to work with these young men and watch them grow as players, students, and leaders."
 
Coursey, a 5-foot, 10-inch midfielder, joins the Panthers from Christchurch United, one of New Zealand's premier soccer clubs. The midfielder developed through the South Island club system with Western Suburbs, Cashmere Technical, Selwyn United and Wanaka AFC before earning a spot with Christchurch United in the New Zealand National League, the country's highest level of club competition. He was the Wānaka FC Most Valuable Player in 2025 and captained Wānaka FC in a pair of Southern League games during the 2025 campaign.





 
Dostanić, a 6-foot, 4-inch goalkeeper, spent time in the academy of Red Star Belgrade, Serbia's most decorated club and was a regular participant in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Youth League. He was the starting senior goalkeeper for FK BASK Belgrade where he posted a 0.86 goals-against average last season. He joined Red Star's U19 side in February 2025 after developing with Grafičar Belgrade, another club well known for player development and closely affiliated with Red Star. He was also a two-time U19 Serbian Youth League Champion with Red Star Belgrade.
 





Irizar-Lekue, a 5-foot, 10-inch forward, comes to the Panthers from the prestigious Athletic Club youth academy in Bilbao, Spain. He brings experience competing in Spain's highly competitive División de Honor Juvenil and developed in one of Spain's premier soccer academies. He helped his team to be champions of División de Honor, one of the best young leagues in the area.
 






Luedke, a 6-foot, 3-inch midfielder/defender out of Hartland, Wis., joins the Panthers following a very successful freshman campaign at nearby Wisconsin Lutheran College. As a freshman in 2024, he was named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Honorable Mention and a NACC Scholar-Athlete – one of just four freshmen to earn all-league accolades. He made 18 starts in his 19 games played for the Warriors, leading the team with six assists on his way to eight total points (1G/6A) and 23 total shot attempts. That followed a very successful prep career at Lake Country Lutheran, where he was a Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association All-State selection as a senior. That year he was named the Midwest Classic Conference Player of the Year and was a two-time First Team All-MCC selection. He was the MCC Co-Offensive Player of the Year as a junior, also picking up all-state honors that fall. The four-year letterwinner helped lead Lake Country to the WIAA Division 4 State Semifinals during his junior season.
 



Nozawa, a 6-foot midfielder/forward, spent two seasons at Casper College in Casper, Wyo., where he appeared in 32 matches with 17 starts in that span, recording 40 points on 14 goals and 12 assists. After recording four goals and six assists as a freshman in 2024, he broke out in 2025 with 10 goals, six assists and four game-winning goals while earning NJCAA DI All-American honors. In 15 matches, he earned 13 starts while helping the Thunderbirds remain among the NJCAA's top programs.
 
Perez, a 6-foot, 1-inch forward, arrives in Milwaukee after enjoying an excellent season playing for Arucas CF U19. He scored 20 goals across two seasons in Spain's highest youth league, the División de Honor, and competed in the Spanish U19 Copa del Rey. Perez brings experience from one of Spain's competitive youth development environments.
 







Salas, 6-foot forward out of Elgin, Ill., has developed his game with Sockers FC, one of the nation's premier MLS NEXT academies. Salas brings experience competing against elite youth talent from across the country. A NAC Champion in 2026, Salas was the top goal scorer at the MLS Next Flex Tournament in 2025.
