MILWAUKEE, Wis. –
Isabel Roloff and
Macy Woodward of the Milwaukee women's track & field team and Anne Ager of the MKE Athletic Department student staff have been recognized as members of the 2024-25 Lubar 25, a program identifying business students dedicated to academic success, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and campus involvement at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
To be recognized, students must be an undergraduate business student with a junior or senior standing and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00. Additionally, students must have not been recognized by the Lubar 25 in a previous year.

Isabel Roloff: Dedicated, driven and community-minded,
Isabel Roloff excels in both academics and leadership. A member of the Lubar Business Scholars Program and recipient of numerous academic awards, she has maintained top standing in her coursework while pursuing a double major in Accounting and Finance and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. She also plans to complete her MS in Professional Accounting and pursue CPA certification. A student-athlete on UWM's women's track and field team, Isabel leads the pole vault squad and represents her peers through the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. In her role as volunteer initiatives coordinator, she has led campus-wide service events, including a Thanksgiving food drive and local beach cleanup while encouraging fellow athletes to get involved in giving back. Isabel's leadership extends into the Lubar College of Business, where she is an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and will soon serve as vice president of tutoring. She also volunteers as a One Love healthy relationship facilitator and participated in Make a Difference Day, helping seniors winterize their homes. With internships at CliftonLarsonAllen and KPMG lined up, Isabel plans to launch a career in public accounting and eventually carry forward her family's car dealership – while exploring her entrepreneurial passion for sewing and small business ownership.
Macy Woodward: With a passion for learning and a drive to lead, this double major in Finance and Marketing has built a strong academic and professional foundation during her time at UWM. A Dean's List student every semester,
Macy Woodward is also pursuing an Honors degree, which has sharpened her writing and communication skills through thought-provoking coursework. Her study abroad experience in Paris expanded her perspective on international business and cross-cultural collaboration. Macy is an active member and leader in UWM's chapter of the American Marketing Association, where she currently serves as vice president of finance. In this role, she creates and manages budgets, oversees reimbursements and supports two directors in developing their financial and leadership skills. She previously served as director of finance, where she maintained sponsor invoicing and recordkeeping. Community service is an important part of Macy's journey. From raking leaves for elderly residents on Make a Difference Day to volunteering at cross-country meets and Milwaukee River cleanups, she is always looking for ways to give back. She has also supported voter participation as a poll worker and special voting deputy in Shorewood. Macy is currently exploring career paths in finance, with particular interest in investment and banking – and looks forward to building a career that blends growth, purpose and opportunity.
Anne Ager: With a strong interest in global communication and a passion for meaningful connection, this Marketing and Pre-law double major is making the most of her academic and leadership journey at UWM. After spending a semester abroad at the University of Birmingham in England, Anne Ager returned with an expanded worldview and an even stronger drive to build a career in international marketing or public relations. In addition to her academic pursuits, Anne has held multiple leadership positions – including president of UWM's Women in Business student organization. In this role, she organizes professional events, cultivates mentorship opportunities and fosters a welcoming environment for her peers. Anne also serves on the Campus Activities Board, helping to plan events that reflect student voices and bring the campus community together. Beyond campus, she has taken initiative in community service roles, volunteering with organizations like the Milwaukee Justice Center and PlasticFree MKE. Her ability to balance service, studies and leadership while working part-time jobs demonstrates a high level of commitment and adaptability. Looking ahead, Anne hopes to work for a global company that combines innovation with a mission to create positive change in the world.
