Bella Hollenbach Set To Join Milwaukee Women’s Soccer Program

New addition will have one year with the Panthers

March 31, 2025

MILWAUKEE – Bella Hollenbach has signed with the Milwaukee women's soccer team and will transfer into the program to play for the 2025 season, head coach Kevin Boyd announced today.

"Bella is coming to us following three seasons of play in the SEC," Boyd said. "We expect her to step in and contribute to our culture and team immediately."

Hollenbach, from The Woodlands, Texas, has spent her entire career at Missouri and will have one season of eligibility remaining at Milwaukee.

"Her experience on the field and in a competitive environment was exactly what we were looking for to join our goalkeepers this next fall," Boyd said. "We are excited to see what she can do for us."

In her three seasons on the field, she has made 37 starts in her 38 career appearances, posting a 1.62 goals-against average, 10 victories, and five shutouts in over 3200+ minutes of collegiate NCAA DI experience.

She started her time with the Tigers with a bang, earning a spot on the 2022 Southeastern Conference All-Freshman Team after starting all 17 games in net, totaling 1,530 minutes. She posted a 1.35 GAA and .701 save percentage, making a season-high seven saves against Ohio State Aug. 21. She tallied 54 total saves and recorded three shutouts – the first of her career coming against SEMO Aug. 18 while adding two more against No. 21 Mississippi State and No. 23 Auburn.

Last fall, she appeared in eight games, picking up a pair of wins including a clean sheet against Missouri State in the season opener, coming up with four saves in the 2-0 victory.

Named to the 6A Region II All-State first team and the District 13-6A Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021 at The Woodlands High School, she chose Mizzou over Auburn, Houston and SMU out of high school. On the club side, the team captain led the Houston Dash to a Top-10 club ranking and a third-place finish in the DA Cup during the 2018-19 season.
