MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Milwaukee women's volleyball team has announced five summer camps for individuals and teams of a variety of ages, with registration now officially open.
 
Join head coach Susie Johnson and her coaching staff for fun and educational Panthers' Volleyball instruction. The objective is to improve the skill level of every camper and to give everyone a better understanding of the game of volleyball. The camp staff will provide an atmosphere to make learning fun and challenging at the same time.

Middle School Team Camp | July 18 (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm); July 19 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Cost | $130 per camper if your coach attends, $160 per camper if you need a coach provided
Open for middle school teams looking to develop their skills in a fun and competitive environment.  Players sign up with their own team but register individually. Camp would include skills training, fundamental knowledge, and tournament play vs. other middle schools.
 
Serving Camp |July 19 (6:00 pm – 7:30 pm)
Cost | $55 (All Ages)
This is a camp designed for players who would like to develop their overhand standing, jump float and topspin serves. Serving is a critical component to the game and campers will learn techniques to make each serve more effective. 
 
Setters Camp | July 21 (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
Cost | $125 (Grades 6-12)
*Maximum 100 campers
This is a one-day camp designed for campers who want position specific training at the setter position.  Campers will be divided by similar age/ability and will focus on individual skills and development through repetitions, strategy, and technique training.  
 
High School Team Camp | July 25 (1:00 – 5:00 pm); July 26 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Cost | $130 per camper if your coach attends, $160 per camper if you need a coach provided
Varsity and JV teams will compete against some of the top competition in the state.  High School coaches are encouraged to coach their teams to prepare for the upcoming season. We will provide a coach for your team if your coach does not attend. Each participant will register individually, but you attend the camp and compete with your team.  
 
College I.D. Camp | July 29 | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Cost | $125 (Grades 9-12)
*Maximum 100 campers
This camp is open to all players but is designed for experienced athletes who want to train in a competitive environment and develop their skills to someday compete at the collegiate level themselves. Intermediate and advanced technique and strategy will be emphasized through drills and competition.
