Milwaukee Athletics Announces Staff Changes And Additions

Staffing is complete as new school year opens

MILWAUKEE – Ashley Steltenpohl has been promoted to Director of Content Creation and Strategy for the Milwaukee Panthers.

Originally hired as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications & Graphic Design in 2017, Steltenpohl has worked to maintain a consistent brand across all sports and platforms for Panther Athletics. She oversees all content and social media creation published by the entire department. She came to the Panthers from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where she worked as the Assistant Sports Information Director, creating and designing the majority of the Pointers Athletic Communications output.

In addition, the Milwaukee Athletic Department has announced the following additions to the staff as the 2021-22 school year gets underway.

The Athletic Communications office has hired Andrew Levesque as Coordinator of Video Production and Will Montreal as a Communications Assistant. MKE Marketing & Fan Experience has added Charlie Guggemos as an assistant and the Milwaukee Ticket Department has brought on two new members in Nate Rouse and Isabelle Branger.

Levesque leads the department's efforts in the areas of live broadcast streaming, in-game video board content, and video content production. Prior to joining the Panthers, Levesque was a Graduate Assistant for Sports Broadcasting at Eastern Illinois. He earned his master's degree and was in charge of executing the athletic department's online broadcast operations.

Montreal arrives after spending two years at Wisconsin Lutheran College in a Graduate Assistant role in the communications office. While with the Warriors, Montreal helped provide coverage for all 17 sports. He received his undergraduate degree from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2019.

Guggemos worked in the athletic department at the University of Dayton as both a marketing and gameday experience intern to support all 16 varsity teams. He also worked as a social media intern with the Flyers and had the opportunity to work Atlantic 10 and NCAA Championship events. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dayton in sports management.

Rouse comes to the Milwaukee Ticket Office upon the completion of his Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from UW-Whitewater. During his time at Whitewater, he interned with the Warhawks as well as Sussex Hamilton High School. At Sussex, working alongside the athletics director, he successfully helped lead the return of fall sporting events during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A recent graduate from UWM, Branger returns with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Over the course of the 2020 year, Branger gained experience working in the ticket office for both the Milwaukee Admirals and Milwaukee Brewers. During her time with the Admirals and the Brewers she was responsible for the solicitation of various ticket packages, lead fundraising efforts for groups, and conducting research for group sales initiatives.
