West Lafeyette, Ind. - It took just 55 minutes for the Panthers to dispose of Stephen F. Austin, 15-4, 15-8, 15-7, at the Purdue Invitational Saturday morning. UWM tallied 12 aces in the victory, with six players having at least one.

Senior Katie Schneider (West Bend, Wis.-East) handed out 29 assists and tallied three aces. Schneider and fellow senior Vicki Ellison (Mt. Vernon, Iowa-Mt. Vernon) each had a match-high nine digs.

The 3-0 Panthers play host Purdue tonight at 7:30 p.m. UWM returns home when the Panthers play host at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Panther Invitational on Sept. 10-11 at the Klotsche Center.
