White was a two-time All-American while starring for the women's basketball team at UWM. White was named to the All-Freshman team by the AWSF, then was named an NAIA All-American in 1987 and 1988. Upon her induction into the hall of fame, she ranked second in Panther history in scoring with 1,597 points, and she ranked second on UWM's all-time rebounding list with 996 boards.
White's name also appears on UWM record lists for steals, blocked shots, field goals made, field goal percentage, and free throws made. Plus, she was UWM's leading scorer for two-straight seasons and the leading rebounder for three-straight years.
