Traci Edwards, a four-year starter for the Milwaukee women's basketball team, finished her career as the leading scorer in program, Horizon League, and state of Wisconsin history. She was the first woman in school, state or league history with over 2,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds.

In 125 career games (120 starts), Edwards shot 57.2 percent from the floor, 39.8 percent from three-point range and 75.1 percent from the foul line to record 2,340 points for a school-record scoring average of 18.7 points per game. She grabbed 1,193 rebounds, also a school mark of 9.5 per outing. Edwards was a prolific scorer, and still holds the program's top two single-game scoring marks of 45 and 42 points.

In addition to her two Horizon League Player of the Year awards, she was also a four-time All-League First-Team member, four-time Horizon League All-Tournament selection and the 2006 Horizon League Newcomer of the Year. As a freshman, she led the Panthers to a league title and the NCAA Tournament.

Edwards capped her collegiate career by helping the Panthers make an appearance in the Horizon League Championship game as a senior, a year in which she was a Region 6 finalist for All-America honors. That season, she led the league in scoring for the third-straight time and rebounding for the fourth campaign in a row before going on to a successful professional playing career overseas.
