Bartnik is well represented in the UWM women's basketball record book after her stellar career from 1990-94. In fact, as of her induction into the hall of fame, she ranks 12th all-time in points scored with 1,054 and is UWM's career assists leader with 469. She is also tops on UWM's career steals list with 268 and sits ninth in career free throws made with 257. Bartnik also tops the single-game record list for assists and steals at UWM and she holds single-season records in the same categories.
Plus, she ranks in the top 10 of the single-season lists for both points and free throws. She made the All-Mid-Continent Conference second team following the 1993-94 season. Bartnik was a regular on the UWM Dean's List, a UWM Scholar Athlete and graduated Cum Laude from UWM's School of Business. She has worked for more than 10 years for GE Healthcare Information Technologies.
