As a running back on the Milwaukee State Teachers College from 1934-37, Rosenblum alternated as blocking halfback and fullback. He was named All- Conference in 1935 and '36 and served as captain in 1936. As a boxer, he won the 165- pound championship all four years while at MSTC. In handball, Rosenblum won the All- College championship three years. He earned his M.A. degree in Physical Educations from George Williams College in 1944 and went on to own and direct the North Star Camp for Boys in Hayward, WI for 35 years.
