Look was the starting point guard during a stellar period of UWM's time as an NAIA school in the 1980's. In fact, Look's teams twice won 25 games, while the Panthers advanced to the NAIA National Tournament in 1985.
Individually, Look twice averaged double figures in points while leading the team in assists in two different seasons. She also is UWM's all-time leader in steals and posted the only double-digit steal game in UWM history. For her career, Look averaged 8.1 ppg while totaling 405 assists and 346 steals. And, her stats were compiled in just over three seasons, as she missed most of a fourth season due to injury. Look, a four-year letterwinner, graduated in 1989 from UWM with a degree in business and marketing.
