Wack was a four-year letterwinner in both volleyball (1982-85) and basketball (1981-85). She was a middle blocker/setter on the volleyball team and helped her team to four-straight national tournament appearances. She is among the school's non-Division I leaders in assists and blocks.
In basketball, Wack tallied 1,022 points, 626 rebounds, 316 assits, 223 steals and 409 field goals. As a player, Wack was named to the All-AWSF Fourth Team and Kodak All-District Team in 1985. She was then named to UWM's All-Century Team in 1997.
