2018 Outdoor: Capped her remarkable Panther career once again on the podium, running a gritty final 200m of her 1500m race to take fourth overall in 4:52.36 at the Horizon League Championships ... returned to action Mar. 24 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic, taking 14th in the 1500m in 4:49.36 ... one week later, finished runner-up in the 800m in 2:18.26 at the Big Blue Classic ... lowered her 1500m time to 4:48.18 with a third-place finish at the Benedictine Relays April 13 ... one week later, won the same event with a season-best time of 4:44.66 at the DePaul Invitational ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Exhausted eligibility ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017 Outdoor: Again scored in both events at the league outdoor meet, taking fourth in the 1500m and joining a host of Panthers on the podium in the 800m with a fifth-place finish ... won the 1500m at the season opener Mar. 25 ... was third in the same event one week later at the Big Blue Classic ... ran the 800m for the first time on the season at Marquette, taking third ... went out west to the Mt. SAC Relays, turning in a season-best 1500m time of 4:38.62 for 27th place ... one day later, ran a PR in the 800m of 2:15.11 at the Beach Invite.

2017 Indoor: Successfully returned from injury and scored in both of her events at the Horizon League Championships ... came in fourth in the mile and fifth in the 800m at the league meet ... came in fourth first time back on the track in the mile at the Tierney Classic Jan. 21 ... finished sixth in the 800m one week later at the Messersmith Invite ... had a season-best mile time of 5:00.50 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11 ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Outdoor: Missed the entire season due to injury and maintained junior eligibility.

2016 Indoor: Named the 2016 Alfreeda Goff Horizon League Athlete of the Year ... battled through injury at the Horizon League Championships and took fourth in the mile and 10th in the 3000m ... started the season being named league runner of the week after winning the 800m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... 800m time of 2:14.40 now ranks fifth in program history ... one week later, won the mile at the Tierney Quad ... again named Horizon League Runner of the Week after taking second in the 3000m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 30 with a time of 10:00.83, good for sixth in UWM history ... finished 37th in the mile at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 5 with the second-fastest mile time in Milwaukee history at 4:58.79 ... one week later, was second in the 800m and helped the DMR team post a time of 11:56.36, now ranking second in UWM history.

2015 Indoor: Finished league runner-up in both the mile and the DMR at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 4:58.63 in the mile at the league meet moves her into fourth place in UWM history ... also helped post the second-fastest DMR time in school history at the league championships ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week after taking fifth in the mile and sixth in the 800m in the season opener Jan. 20 ... again named league runner of the week Feb. 10 following a PR time of 4:59.90 in the mile at the national Meyo Invite ... helped the DMR team shatter the school record, posting a new record time of 11:54.66 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14. 2015 Outdoor: Scored in two events, taking third in the 1500m and fourth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... came in third in the 1500m with a time of 4:34.14 at the Gibson Invite April 18 ... that time now stands fifth in UWM history ... also ran the 100m hurdles once on the season, taking 10th at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4.

2014 Indoor: Finished in both the 800m and the mile as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... had a season-best time of 2:16.51 in the 800m at the league meet ... came in third in the mile in collegiate debut at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... finished runner-up in the 800m at the John Craft Jan. 25 ... won the mile at the Jack Jennett Invitational Feb. 1 ... time of 5:02.11 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 15 now stands fifth in UWM history. 2014 Outdoor: Scored in two events, taking fourth in the 1500m and fifth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 4:39.05 in the 1500m at the league meet now stands seventh in Panther history ... was seventh in the same event at the Cougar Classic Mar. 22 ... came in third 1500m and fifth in the 800m at the Gateway Invite April 19 ... finished runner-up in the 1500m at the Drake Alternative April 26.

High School
Named a 2013 Scholar Athlete by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association ... won an impressive six conference championships between cross country and track & field ... named team MVP an outstanding five times, first-team all-conference four times and helped her teams to four conference titles and one regional crown.
