2016 Outdoor: Ran the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships, taking 21st ... made season debut April 15 at the Lee Calhoun Memorial, taking sixth in the 5k ... also ran the 1500m once on the year, finishing 12th ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Indoor: Ran in three meets on the season ... started the year taking 11th in the mile at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... one week later, was 16th in the same event at the Tierney Quad ... also ran the 3000m once on the year, taking 11th at the Parkside Classic Feb. 6.

2015 Indoor: Came in 20th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... had a season-best time of 10:54.70 at the league meet ... started the season with a 13th-place finish in the mile at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... was 14th in the 3000m at the Parkside Classic Feb. 7 ... two weeks later, came in fifth in the 3K at the Panther Tune-Up. 2015 Outdoor: Finished 21st in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... had a season-best 5K time at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4, going 19:16.59 ... was sixth in the 1500m at Marquette April 10 ... two weeks later, was fifth in the same event at the Drake Alternative.

2014 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 5000m and 13th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... came in sixth in the 3000m at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... placed seventh in the mile at the John Craft Invite Jan. 25 ... posted season-best times in the 3000m (10:41.01) and the 5000m (18:10.44) at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 15 ... finished runner-up in the mile at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22. 2014 Outdoor: Came in 16th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... ran the 3k once on the season, taking 12th at the Marquette Duals April 4 ... had a season-best 5k time of 18:29.12 taking seventh at the Billiken Invite April 12 ... also competed in the 1500m twice on the year, posting a season-best time of 5:04.59 at the Gateway Invite April 19.

2013 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 5000m and 16th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted season-best times in both events at the league meet ... came in second in the 3k at the Panther Tune-Up ... seventh in the 5k at the Iowa State Open ... also ran the 800m in collegiate debut, taking fourth. Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 10000m with a time of 39:41.44 at the Horizon League Championships ... also competed in the 5000m at the league meet ... took fourth in the 1500m against Marquette ... was fifth in the same event at the Gateway Invitational.
