2012 Indoor: Teamed up to break the league record in 400m relay at league championships ... also ran in the 60m hurdles (fourth) and the 400m (sixth) at the league meet ... had two other top-10 finishes in the 60m hurdles in the season, taking first at the UWM Panther Tune-Up and second against Marquette ... time of 8.84 at league meet now stands second in school history ... also ran in the 200m twice and 300m once on the season. Outdoor: Took second in 400m hurdle prelims at Horizon League Championships but had season cut short due to injury ... was ranked nationally in the event all season ... posted season-best time of 1:01.24 at Pacesetter Quadrangular, taking second ... took first in 100m hurdles against Marquette in 14.32 ... finished in top-10 every time in both events on the season ... also combined to post the fifth-fastest time in school history in 4x400m relay at 3:49.89 ... earned Horizon League Track Athlete of the Week honors twice on the season (March 27 & April 2).

2011 Indoor: Helped set Horizon League record in 4x400m relay ... also took ninth in 400m at the league meet ... took first in same event at UWM Panther Tune-Up ... finished third in 300m at Marquette Dual Meet. Outdoor: Was part of the league champion 4x400m relay team ... time of 3:49.10 was third-fastest time in UWM history ... also took ninth in 400m hurdles at the league championships ... took first twice in same event at both the Calhoun Invite and at the Rankin Invitational ... time at the Rankin Invite is third-best in school history.

2010 Indoor: Scored in both the 60m hurdles and the 400m with fifth-place finishes at the league championships ... ran a time of 9.12 in the finals of the hurdles event, moving up to seventh in school history in the event ... time of 59.44 in the 400m finals was also a PR ... at the UWM Panther Tune-Up, took third in the 400m and fifth in the 60m hurdles. Outdoor: Took second in the 400m hurdles and ran with the league-champion 4x400m relay at the league meet ... competed at the NCAA regional championship meet ... won the 100m hurdles against Marquette ... took third in the 400m hurdles at the Eastern Illinois Invitational and again at the Rankin Invitational ... also ran with the school-record 4x100m shuttle hurdles relay at the Drake Relays.

2009 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 60m hurdles at the league meet ... took third in the 400m and fourth in the 60m hurdles at the UWM Panther Tune-Up. Outdoor: Won the league 400m hurdles championship ... also competed in the 100m hurdles at the meet ... won the 400m hurdles against Marquette and was second at the Rankin Invite.

High School
Three-time state competitor at Menomonee Falls High School in the 100m and 300m hurdles ... state runner-up in both events as a senior ... took second in the 300m hurdles as a junior ... ran the third-best 300m hurdle time in the state as a junior and a senior ... personal-best time of 44.77 is 14th in state history ... also ran a time of 15.01 in the 100m hurdles ... competed at the state meet in the 4x200m relay, taking third as a senior ... lettered all four years in cross country, serving as a team captain three times.
