2014 Indoor: Placed eighth in the 800m and fourth in the DMR at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 12:15.34 in the DMR at the league meet now stands fourth in UWM history ... finished eighth in the 800m in first appearance of the season at the Jack Jennett Invitational Feb. 1 ... won the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22. 2014 Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... came in seventh in the 800m at the Bill Cornell Invitational Mar. 29 ... was runner-up in the same event at the Marquette Duals April 4 ... had a season-best 800m time of 2:17.66 for sixth place at the Gateway Invite April 19.
2013 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a time of 2:16.11 in prelims, which now stands ninth in UWM history ... also helped both the 4x400m relay and the DMR to fifth-place finishes at the league meet ... won the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up and took second in the season opener at Madison ... also ran the mile three times on the year, posting a season-best time at the GVSU Big Meet. Outdoor: Came in fifth in the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships ... posted the second-fastest time in UWM history in the steeplechase at the Bill Cornel Spring Classic with a time of 11:06.62 ... finished second in the 800m and third in the 1500m at the Billiken Kickoff to start the season ... second in the 1500m at the Gateway Invitational ... won the 800m at the Drake Alternative Meet ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.
2012 Indoor: Helped Distance Medley Relay team to fourth-place finish at league championships ... took fifth in the mile at the league meet with a season-best time of 5:06.94 ... had two other top-10 finishes on the season ... also competed in the 3000m at the league meet, taking 13th ... posted two top-10 finishes in 3000m on the season, as well. Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 3000m steeplechase and ninth in the 1500m at the league championships ... posted four other top-10 finishes on the year ... became just the fourth woman to compete in the steeplechase in UWM history ... was a part of the fifth-fastest 4x800m relay team in UWM history, running 9:20.86 at the Big Blue Classic ... also earned a gold medal at the storied Kansas Relays in the 4x880 yard relay with a time of 9:20.90.

Lettered in track and cross country all four years ... captain of both teams as a senior ... holds school record in 4k with a time of 15:05 ... state appearances in cross country all four years, including fourth-place finish in 2006 ... 2nd-team All-State in 2006 ... 2007 All-State Honorable Mention ... four-time 1st team All-Woodland Conference ... holds seven school records in track ... 2006 & 2007 National Elite Youth Honor Roll in 1500m and 3000m ... also National Elite Youth All-American in 800m in 2007 ... indoor 3200m conference champion in 2007 ... also lettered in soccer and played basketball two years.
Before UWM
Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic Team member ... ran a PR in the 5K at the Royal XC Challenge with a time of 18:54.60 (34th place overall) ... ran a 6K time of 22:47.75 (110th place) at the NCAA South Regional, which was the fifth-best 6K time in MU history.
