2016 Outdoor: Finished his remarkable four-year career with a return trip to the NCAA West Regional ... placed 34th in the 400m at regionals in his final run as a Panther ... battled injury the majority of the season ... once again won the 400m title at the Horizon League Championships - his fourth-straight outdoor title and 7-of-8 in the event (including indoor) during his Panther career ... finals time of 47.03 was a season best and punched his ticket to regionals ... also helped the 4x400m relay team to a runner-up showing at the league meet ... started the outdoor season by being named Horizon League Runner of the Week after winning both the 200m and 400m at the Billiken Kickoff March 19 ... did not run again until April 23 at Louisville's Lyles/Wood Invite where he once again won the 400m and placed second in the 200m ... nearly broke a school record at the Drake Relays, helping the sprint medley relay to a time of 3:27.95, good for second in UWM history ... also competed postseason at the Dr. Keeler Invite, winning the 400m in 47.18.

2016 Indoor: Won another three titles at the Horizon League Indoor Championships ... broke the league record in 200m that had stood since 1993 with a prelim time of 21.44 before winning the event in 21.56 seconds ... prelim time is also a new Milwaukee record ... also broke the UWM and facility record in the 400m prelims at 47.07 before winning the event in 47.33 seconds ... also ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay team ... time of 3:14.40 in the event now ranks third in program history ... started his senior season with a bang, being named Horizon League Runner of the Week after winning both the 200m and 400m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... one week later, won the 600m in the fourth-fastest time in school history at 1:19.57 at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24 ... finished second in both the 200m and 400m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 30 ... continued to shine at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite, taking eighth in the 200m and 11th in the 400m Feb. 5 ... again won the 400m and was third in the 200m at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 12.

2015 Indoor: Capped an incredible indoor season with four school records and two league titles to his name ... won his fourth-straight league title in the 400m with a school-record time of 47.11 ... helped the 4x400m relay win the league crown in the final event to seal Milwaukee's second-straight team title ... also finished fourth in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 21.57 in the 200m prelims at the league meet equals a new UWM record ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week after first week of the season, winning the 400m and taking fourth in the 200m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 16 ... repeated as league runner of the week one week later after breaking the UWM and Klotsche Center record in the 300m with a time of 34.62 and also winning the 600m in 1:20.07 - the fifth-fastest time in school history - at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... at the national Meyo Invite Feb. 6, just missed the school 400m record by taking 10th in 47.62, also finishing 24th in the 200m ... named league runner of the week after an outstanding showing at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14, breaking the UWM 400m record with a winning time of 47.37, helping break the 4x400m relay record at 3:13.88 and finishing 11th in the 200m ... won the 200m and was fourth in the 60m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 20. 2015 Outdoor: Continued record-breaking season with league titles in the 400m and 4x400m relay ... also finished second-team all-league at the Horizon League Championships ... 200m time of 21.17 in prelims at the league meet now stands third in program history ... was named league runner of the week Mar. 25 after winning both the 200m and 400m at the Billiken Kickoff to start the season ... took third in the 400m and fifth in the 200m at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... one week later, was second in the 200m, fourth in the 100m and sixth in javelin ... won both the 200m (21.76) and 400m (46.97) at the Gibson Invite April 18 ... had an outstanding showing at the storied Drake Relays ... ran the opening leg to help break the school record in the 4x200m in 1:25.24 ... 4x100m time of 40.87 now stands tied for fifth in UWM history ... placed second in the 200m in 21.51 at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 8 ... posted a winning PR time of 46.90 in the 400m and was second in the 200m in 21.41 at the Gregory Invite May 14 ... that 400m time now stands second in UWM history and earned him a spot at the NCAA West Regional.

2014 Indoor: Was key contributor to Milwaukee's team title, winning individual championships in both the 400m and 4x400m relay ... anchored the dramatic winning relay to secure the team comeback ... winning time of 47.75 in the 400m at the league championships now stands third in UWM history ... also scored by coming in fourth in the 200m at the league meet ... also moved into seventh in Panther history in the 200m with his prelim time of 21.89 at the league championships ... was second in the 400m at the John Craft Invite Jan. 25 ... finished second in the 200m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22 ... also competed in the 600m and 800m once each on the season, taking first both times. 2014 Outdoor: Completed the season sweep, being crowned league champ in both the 400m and 4x400m at the league meet ... also earned all-league second-team honors in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... helped post the second-fastest 4x200m relay time in school history at the historic Drake Relays April 25, crossing the line at 1:25.41 for fifth place ... earned Horizon League Runner of the Week honors after winning the 400m and taking second in the 200m at the season-opening Cougar Classic Mar. 22 ... won the 400m one week later at the Bill Cornell Invitational Mar. 29 ... again named league runner of the week after winning the 400m taking fourth in the 200m at the Billiken Invite April 12 ... tied his PR time in the 400m of 47.59 seconds for first place at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 8 ... in all, finished first seven times in individual races on the year.

2013 Indoor: Set the bar high as a freshman with a runner-up finish in the 400m and 6th-place finish in the 200m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 48.03 in 400m at the league meet stands third in UWM history ... helped shatter the school record in the 4x400m relay twice on the season, including in a runner-up effort at the league meet ... won the 400m at the Panther Tune-Up and was third in collegiate debut ... ran the 60m once, taking seventh ... finished in the top-10 all but once on the season. Outdoor: Had an impressive league outdoor championships, winning the 400m title with a time of 47.59 for fourth in UWM history ... also helped the 4x400m relay team to a second-place showing, and was fourth in the 200m at the league meet ... time of 21.56 in the 200m prelims at the league championships now is tied for fourth in Panther history ... won the 400m in season-opener Billiken Kickoff ... was second with a time of 47.70 one week later at the Bill Cornel Spring Classic ... won the race against Marquette and again at the Gateway Invitational ... also ran the 100m once, taking fifth against Marquette ... helped post the fifth-fastest DMR time in school history of 10:06.84 at the Sea Ray Relays ... finished outside the top-five in just one race all season.

State champion in 400m as a senior ... took second in the 200m, eighth in long jump and also qualified in the 4x400m relay at the state meet senior year ... second in the state in 400m as a junior ... played basketball all four years, earning team rookie of the year award as a freshman and team co-MVP as a senior ... ran cross country three years and was named rookie of the year, captain and MVP ... was an all-conference runner and helped team to conference championship all three years ... also played football one season.
