2016 Indoor: Started the season winning the 800m at the Karl Schlender Invite Jan. 16 ... posted a season-best time in the 800m of 1:59.75 at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 30 ... came in 17th in the same event at the Platteville Invite Feb. 13 ... one week later, took eighth in the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2015 Indoor: Had a great indoor campaign as a junior, winning a league title in the DMR and finishing runner-up in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... winning DMR time of 10:00.17 at the league meet now stands second in Panther history ... won the 800m at the season-opening Mike Lints Open Jan. 16 ... ran the mile once on the year, taking fourth at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week after winning the 800m again at the Tadd Metzger Invite Jan. 30 ... posted a PR 800m time of 1:53.06 on his birthday at the national Meyo Invite Feb. 7 ... lowered personal-record in the 800m to 1:52.95 at the GVSU Big Meet, moving him into ninth in UWM history. 2015 Outdoor: Finished third overall in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... prelim time of 1:53.58 in the 800m at the league championships was a season best ... also ran the 1500m at the league meet, taking 19th ... started the season by winning the 1500m with a PR time of 3:56.30 at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 21 ... placed second in the 4x800m relay and 13th in the 800m at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... one week later, finished runner-up in the same event at Marquette.

2014 Indoor: Came in sixth in the 800m and ninth in the mile at the Horizon League Championships ... finished runner-up in the mile in the season-opening John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... won the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 15 ... also posted a PR time of 4:14.51 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet, with that time now standing ninth in UWM history ... repeated as the 800m winner one week later at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 22. 2014 Outdoor:Finished third in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season with an 11th-place finish in the 1500m at the Cougar Classic Mar. 22 ... came in second in the 800m at the Bill Cornell Invitational Mar. 29 ... ran the 400m once, taking fifth at the Marquette Duals April 4 ... won the 800m April 12 at the Billiken Invitational ... helped post the fourth-best 4x1600m relay time in Panther history at the historic Drake Relays April 25 ... posted a season-best 800m time of 1:52.09 at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 8.

2013 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 800m and 12th in the mile as a freshman at the Horizon League Championships ... won the mile with a season-best time at the Panther Tune-Up ... also ran the 600m once, taking third, and the 1000m once, coming in fifth. Outdoor: Scored and came in fifth in the 800m at the outdoor league championships with a season-best time of 1:53.56 ... helped post the fifth-fastest DMR time in school history with a time of 10:06.84 at the Sea Ray Relays ... had three top-10 finishes in the 1500m on the season, including a third-place showing at the Gateway Invitational.

High School: Ran track and cross country all four years ... served as captain in both for two years ... in track, three-time state qualifier ... finished fourth in state in the 800 as a senior ... three-time all-county and all-conference ... in cross country, two-year first-team all-conference and all-county ... also competed in football and swimming.
