2016 Outdoor: Capped his Panther career by finishing ninth in the steeplechase and 10th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... posted season-best times in both events at the league meet ... started the season as runner-up in the 1500m at the Edmunds Invite Mar. 26 ... one week later, was 19th in the steeplechase at the Big Blue Classic ... won the 5000m at the Lee Calhoun Memorial April 15 ... ran steeplechase for the first time on the season and final regular-season meet, taking third at the Drake Alternative May 1 ... named to the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5000m and 12th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... had a strong start to his senior season, being named Horizon League Runner of the Week after winning the 3k at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24 ... ran the mile the following week for the only time on the season, taking ninth at the Mike Lints Open ... placed 57th in the 3000m at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 5 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2015 Indoor: Came in eighth in the 5000m and 12th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... kicked off the season with a runner-up finish in the 5000m at the Mike Lints Open Jan. 16 ... posted a season-best 3000m time of 8:41.73 in taking third at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... posted a career-best 5K time of 15:00.36 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14. 2015 Outdoor: Finished ninth in steeplechase and 14th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... took sixth in the 800m and seventh in the 1500m at the Billiken Kickoff Mar. 21 ... posted a season-best steeplechase time of 9:47.71 at the EIU Big Blue Classic April 4 ... one week later, was third in the 1500m at Marquette ... had a season-best 5K time of 15:18.72 at the Gibson Invite April 18, taking fifth.
