2017 Outdoor: Had a great showing in his final Horizon League Championships, scoring in both events ... brought home the silver medal in the steeplechase in 9:13.57 ... also finished seventh in the 1500m at the league meet ... started his season taking eighth in the 1500m and 11th in the 5000m at the Big Blue Classic April 1 ... posted a solid season-opening steeplechase time of 9:05.24 at the storied Mt. SAC Relays April 13 ... won the 1500m in 3:56.08 at the Pacesetter Invite April 22 ... lowered his steeplechase time to 9:04.49 at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 11 ... named to the Horizon-League All-Academic Team.
2017 Indoor: Despite only competing in three meets all season due to injury, had a strong showing ... came in fourth in the mile and 10th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships ... won the mile in his first meet returning from injury at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 11 ... also came in fourth in the 800m at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 18 ... named to the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2016 Outdoor: Capped a remarkable, year-long junior campaign with a trip to the NCAA West Regional ... finished 28th in the steeplechase (after being seeded 42nd) at regionals with a time of 9:12.45 ... at the Horizon League Championships, placed third in both the 1500m and steeplechase ... time of 9:02.75 broke the school steeplechase record by nearly five seconds at the league meet ... started the season strong by winning the 5k and taking 19th in the 1500m at the Billiken Kickoff March 19 ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week after winning the steeplechase at the Big Blue Classic April 2 ... one week later, placed second in the 1500m with a time of 3:53.32 - now eighth in school history - at the Gibson Invite ... rebroke his own school steeplechase record at the Dr. Keeler Invite May 13 despite adverse conditions with a blazing time of 8:59.34 to punch his ticket to regionals.
2016 Indoor: Carried a strong cross country performance into track season, finishing third in the mile and sixth in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 4:08.30 in the mile at the league meet is a new school record, breaking Cornelius Hill's previous mark of 4:08.64 set back in 2002 ... started the season winning the mile at the Tierney Quad Jan. 24 ... placed 41st in the same event at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 5 ... one week later, took 16th in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet ... also ran the DMR at GVSU, helping post the fifth-fastest time in Milwaukee history at 10:04.85.
2015 Indoor: Finished 13th in the mile and 26th in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... placed runner-up in the 3K at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 23 ... won the mile one week later at the Tadd Metzger Invite ... posted a career-best time in the mile of 4:13.31 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 14 ... that time now stands sixth in UWM history. 2015 Outdoor: Came in eighth in steeplechase and 16th in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships ... started the season by winning the 1500m with a season-best time of 3:59.00 at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic Mar. 28 ... one week later, won the steeplechase in 9:26.32 - now sixth in UWM history - at the EIU Big Blue Classic ... was second in the 1500m at Marquette April 10 ... came in fourth in steeplechase at the Gibson Invite April 18 ... also ran the 800m once on the year, taking eighth.
2014 Indoor: Came in fifth in the mile and eighth in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 4:14.48 now ranks eighth in UWM history ... also moved into ninth in school history in the 3000m with a time of 8:29.93 at the GVSU Big Meet Feb. 15 ... won the 3k race in his Panther track & field debut at the John Tierney Triangular Jan. 17 ... was third in the mile at the John Craft Invite ... three weeks later, finished runner-up in the same event at the Panther Tune-Up. 2014 Outdoor: Placed fifth in both the 1500m and the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 9:32.43 in the steeple chase at the league meet moves him into seventh place in Panther history ... won the 1500m at the Marquette Duals April 4 ... had a season best time of 3:55.81 in the event at the Gateway Invitational April 19 ... also competed in the 4x1600m relay at the historic Drake Relays, helping post the fourth-fastest time in school history of 17:17.56.

Multi-sport athlete in high school, playing two years of basketball and one year of baseball and football in addition to cross country and track ... two-time all-state and three-time all-conference in cross country ... also won conference champ once ... in track, took ninth at state in the 1600m as a senior ... all-conference three times ... on the dean's list as a senior.
