Milwaukee Basketball Welcomes Bobby Arthur-Williams

Panthers announce roster addition

MILWAUKEE - Bobby Arthur-Williams has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball for the Milwaukee Panthers; officially announced today by men's basketball head coach Pat Baldwin.

"We are really excited to welcome Bobby to our basketball family," Baldwin said. "He had an incredible year averaging a double-double and was a steady impact player for his team. He is a high-character guy and adds to our impressive group of young men in our basketball program. Bobby is a versatile player that will add to our depth needed to compete for championships."

Arthur-Williams joins the Panthers after a season at Redlands Community College in El Reno, Okla., in which he averaged an impressive double-double of 17.7 points and 10.7 rebounds per game.

The 6-foot-7-inch forward shot 52 percent from the field and 72 percent from the free throw line, adding 4.0 assists per game. He netted a season-high 35 points on a pair of occasions, grabbed as many as 18 rebounds in a game and closed the season with double-doubles in 14 of his final 16 appearances.

He spent his freshman season at Louisburg, making 30 starts for a team that finished 30-5 on the season. In just 16.7 minutes per game, he averaged 4.1 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest.
