Gluesing Joins Women’s Basketball Staff

Comes to Milwaukee after successful playing career at FGCU

MILWAUKEEKyle Rechlicz has announced the addition of Jaime Gluesing as a Graduate Manager and Video Analyst to the women's basketball staff.

"Jaime comes to our Panther family with a wealth of playing knowledge and an understanding of what we are trying to build here at Milwaukee," Rechlicz said. "She is a tireless worker who wants to earn her success. She already fits in very well with our team and staff and we feel very fortunate to have someone of her caliber with the values she upholds around our players on a daily basis. I look forward to mentoring her and building her knowledge of the behind the scenes aspects of college basketball."

Gluesing comes to Milwaukee after a successful four-year playing career at Florida Gulf Coast University. While at FGCU, Gluesing made 62 career starts and played in all but one game during her collegiate career. She helped the Eagles to postseason play all four seasons, including two trips to the NCAA Tournament and a run all the way to the WNIT Championship Game this past season, finishing as runners up.

From a coaching standpoint, Gluesing also has plenty of experience under her belt. She helped run the summer camp at FGCU this summer, has coached summer leagues at her high school and also worked recreation camps in her hometown of Solon, Ohio.

Gluesing graduated from FGCU this May with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Sports Management. While at Milwaukee, she will be studying Administrative Leadership for her graduate degree.
