MILWAUKEE - A group of four freshmen have made a distinct first impression for the Milwaukee men's basketball team so far this season, accounting for nearly 40 percent of the team's total scoring heading into Horizon League play later this month.
August Haas (6.7 points per game),
Bryce Barnes (6.4 ppg),
Bryce Nze (5.8 ppg/4.8 rpg) and
Jeremy Johnson (5.5 ppg) have seemingly handled the transition to the collegiate level in fine fashion.
The Black & Gold Network sat Haas and Barnes down to get their reaction to the role this group of freshmen has played so far this season.
