MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee men's basketball team plays its lone exhibition contest of the 2016-17 preseason when it welcomes NCAA Division III foe Concordia University Wisconsin to the Klotsche Center Saturday.
Head coach
LaVall Jordan will officially be at the helm for the first time, getting the new season underway in exhibition format against the Falcons at 2 p.m.
Concordia makes the short trip down from Mequon and is coming off a 16-10 season a year ago. Shawn Cassidy completed his ninth season in 2015-16 as the head coach of the program and has gone 150-90 overall, including 108-50 record in conference play. He has twice guided his team to the NCAA Division III Tournament, most recently in 2014-15.
